The end-of-semester move-out inspection every BYU-Idaho approved apartment goes through. Roommates split the cleaning into assigned areas (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). If any assigned area fails the clean check, the resident gets billed $30 to $100+ per item. gloved cleans your assigned area to BYU-Idaho clean check standards so you pass the first time.

Yes — we bring everything. Vacuum, mop, all products. You don't lift a finger.

How much is a BYU-Idaho move-out clean in Rexburg?

Your bedroom is free with any room you book. After that, $50 per room. So bedroom + one other room is $50, bedroom + two others is $100, and so on. Paid in full at booking via credit card.
