The basics.

What's white glove?

The final move-out inspection at BYU-Idaho approved housing. At the end of the semester, management walks the apartment and checks every assigned area — bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room. If an area fails, the resident gets billed $30–$100+ per item. We clean yours so it's white glove ready.

What's a BYU-Idaho clean check?

The cleaning inspections your complex runs on the apartment. The one that counts is the last: the white glove clean check before move-out. Roommates split the cleaning into assigned areas, and each one has to pass. We clean your assigned area to BYU-Idaho clean check standards so you pass the first time.

How much is a move-out clean in Rexburg?

Your bedroom is free with any room you book. After that, $50 per room — so bedroom + one other room is $50, bedroom + two others is $100. The whole apartment is $150 flat. Paid at booking by card.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we bring everything. Vacuum, mop, all products. You don't lift a finger.

Will it pass the clean check?

Yes. We clean to BYU-Idaho clean check / move-out standards. If the inspector flags anything in our area, we come back and fix it free.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free reschedule any time. Cancel 24+ hours ahead and we refund the full amount.

Can I book multiple areas?

How far ahead should I book?

During finals/move-out weeks, book 7-10 days out. Off-peak, 48 hours is plenty.
